Provincial Acquisition and Development Manager - North

Brief Description
This role will be responsible for: # In conjunction with the Management Team, monitoring of all VIP customers within multi-site or Club specific responsibility. # Recruitment, development and retention of VIP customers in line with agreed KPIs, which are measured against increased revenue, visit frequency and Play Points usage. # Co-ordination with Club Leadership and Sales Teams to ensure engagement of implemented strategies in line with Club specific Action Plans.

The role holder will: 1) In conjunction with Club Leadership Teams, define required VIP service levels. Ensure these service levels are understood by all Team Members, and monitor adherence. 2) Record the VIP customer journey (including Know Your Customer information), which includes preferences, playing styles, etc. Ensure that this is understood and delivered by all Team Members. Audit where appropriate. 3) Co-ordinate & manage VIP retention programmes, including hospitality, gifting, player incentives and Company reward programmes (Play Points), seeking and responding to feedback liaising with Support Office Functions as and when appropriate. 4) Identify and develop new VIP customers through networking, relationship building and customer referrals. 5) Reduce the rate of VIP attrition through early identification of customers at risk of lapsing and implementation of recovery strategies, including outbound calls and handling of customers. 6) Assess ROI on VIP activity spend, and refine future plans to ensure ROI is maximised. 7) Maintain a high level of visibility throughout the region/relevant clubs, ensuring VIP customer loyalty is built by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. 8) Planning, developing and implementing VIP promotions/events, ensuring that all Team Members and customers are fully aware. 9) Build a partnership with Regional Sales Team and CSMs to help develop plans to attract and retain VIP customers and drive profitable admissions, turning any leads into active and repeat business for the Region. 10) Grow on-line customer engagement with VIP players and help to exceed club/region online acquisition targets.
