As part of our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Contact Centre Operations to join us to enhance our already excellent employee engagement and customer experience.

We are consistently looking for new ways to improve what we do and this role has been designed to take full responsibility for all Rank group retail and digital brands. You will work with stakeholders across our Sheffield, Maidenhead and Gibraltar sites, collaborating on cross functional projects to drive our business forward. As a Senior Leader, you will be accountable for all stakeholder engagement across operational and support functions across Rank Digital, whilst conveying the operational vision for digital and performance to the broader team. You will provide inspirational and strategic leadership for a Contact Centre of circa 60 team members, being an advocate for our culture, which underpins the beliefs and behaviours of the Rank Group business. You will be an inspirational and motivational role-model, providing support to all employees working across all of our different shift patterns, ensuring that they are fully engaged; all contact with customers via telephone, email, web chat and social media is handled 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You#ll be the final point of escalation for complex customer cases, escalated from our Team Managers and Customer Service Agents, so you must be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity at all times.
