The Head of IT Service & Support for Digital will be responsible for leading and owning all aspects of Service & Support for Ranks Digital Business, ensuring that the current and future requirements of the Business are met.

 Accountable for the Digital Infrastructure including maintenance, development and availability of through proactively managing 3rd Party Suppliers and Partners against agreed SLAs. Key focus required on our Digital Suppliers including Bede Gaming, SQS & TCS however, as new Digital services are transitioned into support this will expand
