# Provide full administrative support to Director of HR # Shared Services # Prepare and send out offer letters, contracts, transfer letters and promotion letters # Acknowledge resignation letters and manage all associated paperwork # Prepare salary review letters and bonus letters using mail-merge # Completion of mortgage, loans and employment reference requests # Maintain and update the HR files # Keep HR System updated with monthly changes
