Brief Description
As a CRM Technical Lead, you will be responsible to build and customize solutions that support the business requirements. A key focus of your role will be to maintain and drive the development of the CRM tools - Adobe Campaign.

You will be working closely with Marketing Managers with Rank Service Desk, IT teams as well as our implementation partners. This position will be involved in the development process, including gathering requirements, creating use cases, studying feasibility, designing, gathering feedback, and implementation.
